When I stopped at dealership he was working with a customer so worked with Razi on initial conversations. We came to agreement on a trade value over the phone, so wanted my wife to see truck so stopped in without an appointment. Razi had that day off but he had left all of the notes in system so worked with Saul to finalize the purchase. All of their team were great to deal with-no "slick" sales games, just easy conversations. Saul wrote up the deal, Brian (Finance Dept) handled all of the paperwork, and in a little under two hours I drove away in my new truck. Love the truck, and McLaughlin team made process easy.
