The Sales Manager and Business Manager seemed welcoming and friendly. The company is close to my workplace and offers maintenance service with rides to and from work, plus a very nice waiting area with complimentary beverages. The cashier was also very friendly and congratulated me as well.. The team made it less stressful and an overall pleasant experience. This Toyota location seemed well organized overall. I am looking forward to enjoying my new Toyota Rav4 and any future dealings with this Toyota Team. More

The service work took a few hours, as the download takes quite a while to fully install. One of the employees drove us to a local restaurant so we were able to get some dinner. Then when we were finished, we just called the dealership back and a few minutes later, there they were to pick us up and bring us back!
