Hello, I recently went to this dealership to help my girlfriend purchase a used car. All I want to say is PLEASE BE CAREFUL and do your research! Immediately after getting to Arlington Heights FORD, the pressure was applied. After purchase, our car was delivered to us with little coolant which led to my girlfriend almost being stranded on 90 only a week after receiving the car. Of course they didn't admit any fault. It made us worry what other things they forgot to add or check. This could have caused the engine to overheat a sieze - esentially the car needing a new engine. Judging by their GOOGLE reviews, I would never have gone to this dealership - very scary. They offer no warranties unless you want to fork out another $3400. Secondly, Before the purchase, I asked if the used car we were looking at ever had any damage and they immediately showed us a "clean" CARFAX and said it was perfect. We dropped our gaurd only to find out a week later with some online research that it had been in a serious front end collision (30% of the car's value). We showed the dealership this and they said the pictures weren't real. The auction pictures were correct - I even called the previous dealership who serviced the car. Then I spoke numerous times with the dealership owner and he refused to help us in any way other then trading for another car on their lot where we would end up losing even more money- the worst part was that they refused to even acknowledge what had happened or that they were in the wrong. We had a free oil change but...forget it. I won't take the risk. There are numerous online reviews where they forget to tighten things after servicing cars YIKES!. This was probably the worst car buying experience that I ever had and will definitely never go anywhere near this dealership. But you definitely don't have to only take my word for it - check out their other online reviews. I don't wonder anymore why people would rather see a dentist than go to a car dealship. (PS: I hope you know that anyone can write 5 star reviews on here to offset the true one star reviews- think about that - makes me wonder about fake ratings) More
