I was very happy with the service performed on my car. Renee was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to get my car in a downpour and pull it up by the doors so I wouldn’t get too wet. The only downside of my appointment was that they didn’t get to my car on the day of my appointment. I had made it a week in advance. I would think that meant it would be looked at on the day I was scheduled. Also, I had to call several times to find out what was going on with it the first day.
