One, this dealership was very busy each time we, my wife and I, visited. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Other dealerships we visited were mostly empty. So that says a lot at who is selling vehicles and I, visited. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Other dealerships we visited were mostly empty. So that says a lot at who is selling vehicles. The owner treated everyone like family. Frank went around the showroom and car lot and personally greeted everyone and made them feel so welcome. My wife and I were very impressed with his personal touch. Additionally, when I first showed up, I was on a test drive with a Nissan Pathfinder, a competitor's vehicle. I wanted to compare it to what Hyundai had that was in the same class of vehicle. I was very impressed. I then went to the KIA dealer and checked out their vehicles. I dropped the Pathfinder off and returned to Hyundai to test drive the Palisade. I was ready to "pull the trigger" on the Nissan Pathfinder with a great offer, but, I wanted to give myself other options. I am very glad I did. I loved the Palisade and Elmin and Frank made me a deal I could not really refuse. Then I went to the KIA dealer and they were no where close to coming to the deal that Mastrovito's offered so I never even test drove the KIA Telluride. I leased the Palisade and recommended to my wife to end her lease with Jeep early and check out the Tucson as that was in t the same class as her Jeep Lattitude. Elmin and Frank made her a deal that was too good, so she ended up with a new lease two days after my purchase. These two purchases from my wife and I is evident as to how we liked the vehicles and the overall experience with the entire team at Mastrovito's Hyundai. We were so impressed we are recommending that my daughter to consider Mastrovito's Hyundai when her Mazda lease terminates in 4 more months. More

I immediately felt a different vibe at Mastrovito Hyundai after having visited several other dealerships in the area. Mastrovito’s was buzzing with customers and employees alike. So many employees that all had a smile and a kind word to say. I genuinely feel that the employees are happy and enjoy their jobs. Memo (salesman) was personable, knowledgeable, accommodating, and quite frankly a nice gentleman. The owner, Frank, has an amazing energy about him I watched as he welcomed and spoke to EVERY person that came in. Frank worked with us and made a deal I couldn’t refuse.
