Turned my bad experience around I originally went to the used car lot aiming to get a used car with 3500 down. It was horrible. I sat in an office for what seemed like forever and te I originally went to the used car lot aiming to get a used car with 3500 down. It was horrible. I sat in an office for what seemed like forever and test drove ONE car. They made promises to find me what I wanted at the price I was asking, then convinced me to run my credit only to have salesmen switched on me. That new salesman then told me flatly there was nothing they could do for me because I don't have great credit. No one ever asked what I had to put down, on top of my monthly income. I left extremely upset. I was not listened to, I was dismissed, and felt judged by how I looked, honestly. In the end, I figured why not go to the new car lot. They had already ran my credit and I had nothing left to lose. Eloy heard me out. Took me to exactly what I wanted to see, and got me into a brand new car in the exact color I wanted, at the monthly price I wanted with no more than what I had down. My Fusion had 4 miles on it when I test drove it. He turned my whole day around. I didn't even expect to leave in a brand new car, but i'm glad for the sh*t experience at the used lot because it got me into a new car instead of a used one. More

Very aggressive in selling you a car, very professional peop I'm not please with the trade of my Ford 2012 flex limited. It was appraised at 9000 with some asking they rise it to 9700. Received Ford motor rebates but no promotional discounts from the dealership is why l said they will differently sell you a car but if you want that particular car and they realize that, they will push the sell. Not happy with the overall out come but happy with the car. So, you should always get what you want if you want It! Salesmen were solid as usual and very courteous and helpful! I will continue to do business with this dealership but buying another l will look around more to make the best deal for me! More
