This place is an absolute Clown factory from the top on down. It shouldn't matter what I bought, but for reference I custom ordered one of the most expensive vehicles Dodge makes. The level of customer ser down. It shouldn't matter what I bought, but for reference I custom ordered one of the most expensive vehicles Dodge makes. The level of customer service I got was as if I bought a stick of gum from them. I contacted my salesman Karl G. appx. 6 times over the 10-month process; he always gave me an attitude as if I was bothering him. I asked him to contact his Dodge Representative to figure out why other cars of this model are being built and delivered; yet I hadn't even got a confirmation from Dodge yet. I got responses like "Trust me; I want you to get the car", and "I placed the order". Instead of doing what I requested. For the final several months he never returned any of my calls or emails. When I took delivery of the vehicle the window sticker was completely mangled. Since this was a once in a lifetime purchase I wanted the sticker intact. I asked for a new sticker and asked them to make sure it was packaged properly when mailed to me. They mailed me the 2nd sticker packaged in a cardboard box that wasn't even big enough to fit it, obviously it got destroyed again. Then they told me I can drive down 2 hours roundtrip and pick up the 3rd one because they can't mail it properly. I then called the GM Tom Eysie and left him a VM with my contact information and asked for him to email or leave me a VM with his address so I can submit a complaint. 5 days later I forced to call once again because my request was blown off. Finally I got his email on my 3rd call. Tom's passive aggressive response to my lengthy email was "In the 20 years here I have never heard no one will help". No resolution, no response to my request. He also said he's not sure why I'm so angry. What an embarrassment, this is why Dealerships get a bad name. No care, just take the money and run. It's evident that this attitude and lack of customer service is a cultural issue starting with Tom. He even had the audacity to say he's not sure why I'm so angry. If they treat someone who bought a custom specialty vehicle this way, I'd hate to see how they treat everyone else. Absolute despicable service throughout in every single person I dealt with. More
