This is a typical dealership. They put up a car price online and then tried to say you have to use their financing if you want that price. Which the listing did not say anything l They put up a car price online and then tried to say you have to use their financing if you want that price. Which the listing did not say anything like that. Then they add 3k worth of add ons that are not optional which again is unnecessary. The salesperson was so nice! She wasn't pushy at all so they get a star for that. The finance department is the worst. When I started we were pre approved for the car we wanted the person immediately walked away without saying anything. They lost our business because they wanted to be a typical scammy dealership. We thankfully got a price match at a different dealership for the same exact car. So i would advise people to look around and don’t fall for all their sales tactics. We were going to sign same day but they lost out. More
