Great experience! I called and spoke with Elvis about the truck I wanted to purchase. I planned to pick it up two days later. The next day I decided to come get the truck that evening. I let Elvis know, and he said that he would have everything ready when I arrived. I arrived at the dealership at 6:30 to find my truck sitting out front with a bow on it! After getting all the financial information taken care of with Tim, I left the dealership at 8:00 in my new truck. The whole experience was awesome! More

Purchase experience at Five Star Ford Lincoln My wife and I rode through Five Star Ford and she noticed a 2019 Lincoln MKC which caught her eye. We stopped for a quick look and were immediately gr My wife and I rode through Five Star Ford and she noticed a 2019 Lincoln MKC which caught her eye. We stopped for a quick look and were immediately greeted by salesman Jerry Gray. She took this for a test drive and also another car sitting close by. We decided to sleep on the excellent info Jerry provided. We were contacted mid morning the next day by Jerry’s manager (Bobby) asking what he needed to doin order to gain our business. I advised Bobby that my wife would like a bit longer test drive without any assistance from sales so she could actually concentrate on the vehicle. Bobby stated he had a better ide. He said the car would have a full tank of fuel and be waiting for us to pick up, drive, keep overnight and make up our minds the following day. We did just that, returned the next afternoon and a couple hours later Jerry andBobby waved bye as we drove off in the car. Everyone at the dealership treated us in a friendly and professional manner. I would recommend this dealership and staff to everyone. More
