Disappointed with dealership. This is 4th vehicle I bought from them in last 12 years and I was told I did not qualify for loyalty discount because I only bought one since 2015. Doesn't make sense to me bc I keep my vehicles longer then a few years. Also disappointed with added price above the sticker price. I felt dealership just taking advantage of situation on shortage of vehicles. I would have purchased my vehicle at another dealership if my wife didn't have her heart set on a CR-V. More

They tried to charge me a markup fee of $1,995. 00. That is absolutely inappropriately selfish by Martin Honda leadership. Easiest car purchase ever especially considering it’s not a great time to buy a car. Emad was low pressure but thorough and professional.
