A trip to CarMax on Saturday ended in a 6 hour hostage situation where we almost purchased a car that we didn't want to even test drive much less drive on a daily basis just so we could leave. You've been there and you know what I'm talking about ... By then, we finally decided to visit the idea of a new car. A little road trip out to Fredericksburg where the dealership wasn't even opened on a Sunday. After a few phones calls on Monday, we left work and visited a Chantilly dealership. We were promised the car we wanted for the price we wanted, then after sitting in the hot seat for hours, we were told our request was unreasonable. It was the same request that we had when we arrived, so I am not sure what changed except we wasted three hours of our time. The entire weekend was wasted and the week ahead didn't look too optimistic. We felt defeated. We knew what vehicle what we wanted, we knew what we needed ... we continued to research our options and contacted Koons. After few email exchanges with Steve Arnold - we decided to go car shopping one more time. We arrived at Koons at 7 pm on Tuesday evening. By 9:30ish, we were driving a car home that we love!! Steve did not make us broken promises. He didn't take up our time trying to sell us something that we had to settle for. He did not treat us like a number. He took the time to listen to our wants and our needs. We were not stressed. We were excited about our car shopping experience when we were at their dealership. We left in our 2015 Ford Explorer with every intention of building a long term relationship with Steve Arnold and the team at Koons Ford. Many, many thanks to each of you! Matt & Tina More

BEST buying experience OK, my BIG mistake.... I first went to another nearby dealership and like most other NOVA dealerships I was snubbed for the first 30 min of lookin OK, my BIG mistake.... I first went to another nearby dealership and like most other NOVA dealerships I was snubbed for the first 30 min of looking around the lot. Happens frequently to people who don't look like money I guess.. When I finally was able to get someone's attention they could not answer a single question about the F250 line so I left. I digress, this review is about a dealership that provides everyone the same level of superior customer service, friendly sales and probably the best GSM I've seen behind the desk. My BEST decision... Seriously, I have bought several new cars in my lifetime from new BMW's to new loaded Chevy trucks. This amazing F250 larriot is a dream truck and BEST of all at Koons Sterling Ford not once did I feel ignored or worse, pressured to buy. Being a lifelong Chevy guy I didn't know much about Ford truck lines, Anthony Southern was patient and took his time explaining the difference between all the F-250 models Ford offers and the differences between them. Something I asked the other guy and couldn't get a straight answer! Now time to make a deal... expecting to go back and forth on price, show competition Internet prices I spent hours searching online for Stop! Do not waste your time. Koons Sterling Ford does their homework and with a no haggle price that was below anything I found I realized price isn't everything if you find a place that has great customer service but it sure does feel good to get both! AND to top it off... Paperwork time. Yea the part where the finance guy usually gets his makeup money by adding $% to your interest rate or selling you add on services you really don't need. All which will add up and cost you more in the long run... NOPE! Not with Eman, a nice gentleman and business professional who is extremely knowledgeable in financial services and actually helped me and provided me with information on ways to help reduce my truck payment. In short, don't waste your life and start you vehicle buying adventure at Koons Sterling Ford. More

Where do I start!!! Koons has always been there to help me with my needs in purchasing a car. This time was in a time of need and changes I had to make due to life changes and I have to say Koons went be o me with my needs in purchasing a car. This time was in a time of need and changes I had to make due to life changes and I have to say Koons went be on the call of duty for a dealership, from my sales person Anthony Southern who I have work with for every for I have ever brought to the great Finance people such as Tom Murray who went to bat with Ford Credit to make the best deal for me to Eman doing my final paperwork to drive my new Escape off the lot. Koons puts the customer first and always goes the extra mile to get the deal you want or need in! I would recommend Koons Sterling Ford to anyone that is looking to buy a FORD you will not be able to beat this dealerships customer services. I was looking for a specific car, and they ended up having one on their lot because they have such a great selection. I found Koons to be very competitive with other dealers' pricing. They were quick to give me the competitive price I agreed on, and the deal went smoothly after that. Ricky even worked with me to save money through my employer discounts. The staff was even willing to stay late to finish off the deal with my car. I was very pleased with my experience with Koons Sterling. More
