Would not recommend taking your vehicle here for any repairs. I had an appointment to fix my diesel truck in February 2022.. it sat there and sat there. I keep calling to get updates and since they only have 1 diesel mechanic, it hadn’t been looked at. I explained to them that I was moving to Georgia and I needed the truck (this was now end of March) still not fixed. Had to move and keep the truck there. I try to see if they could just trade it in and I would get a new one from them. They low balled the crap out me trying to have 11,000 dollars roll over on a new vehicle from them. I go out there to get all the stuff out of my truck since I am moving now, and it is sitting in the back of the parking lot, looking like it hasn’t moved since the day I dropped it off… garbage!!! Complete garbage… So now me and my family are at a new location stuck with one vehicle. I continue up to call them and no one ever gives me a call back like I am told every time. Finally get ahold of someone and now the truck is “top priority” (that was 3 weeks ago) then they tell me oh it’s going to be 4000 dollars to get it fixed.. that is on top of me now having to buy a plane ticket and go thru the airport hassle and get up there and then drive it all the way back.. I asked if they would just buy it out right from me. They still haven’t gotten back to me with a price.. which is weird since it is now MAY and my truck has been sitting with them since FEBRUARY… but no one can get back with me on a price.. which I’m sure it will be some LOW BALL price trying to get me to pay 4000 to fix it and probably 10000 to get to payoff.. I will keep everyone updated on how crappy their offer is. DO NOT GO HERE!! They prey and feed off people in tight spots.. especially service members that have no other choice More

I was frustrated from the over priced deals and dealers who told stories to try to sell me more than what I needed. A good friend recommended me to see Octavia Wynn at Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. She understood my needs and showed me a few different models on the lot. I found one that I really liked. It took me a moment to decide fully. She was able to negotiate a Great Deal!! I felt a huge relief fall off my shoulders. She made this experience a great one! I am so thankful that she was my sales associate! She is amazing! I was also blown away by the wonderful staff that explained the features!! The finance associate explained all the paperwork and guidelines. This made the paperwork part very easy to sign.
