Great Car buying Experience I love Toyotas beacuse they are built to last. I went to Koons Toyota in Annapolis to car shop. When I entered the Dealer I was greeted by the receptionist. As I sat there I noticed how clean the Dealer was. It had a nice lounge area and coffee area. My car salesman, Mr Emanuel Persaud, made me feel at ease when I purchased my 2015 Toyota Rav4. He did not pressure me. He was also very polite and knowledgeable. When I finally decided on buying my car, I met, Mr Alex Sandoval, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Mr Sandoval got me the best rate possible better than the rate I came in with. Together they worked as a team. They both did an outstanding job. I walked out one Happy Koons Toyota customer. Keep up the good work. Thumbs up!!! More
