Sent the car in to have air bag replaced oil changed and my driver side door wouldn't lock. Did the air bag and oil change. But didn't do door. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning and was told by the end of the day that my car had not been worked on, and it would not be worked on that day. It was a Friday and I was told that Volkswagen would need to hold onto my car for the weekend and not provide me a loaner. They had no reason as to why an appointment that was made three weeks in advance was not being held to the date and time of the scheduling. More
