I was informed that the tires for my Kia Soul were in stock so I decided to wait for them to be fitted. I was told it would take 1 to 1-1/2 hours for the service so I decided to wait. After 3-1/2 hours I stock so I decided to wait for them to be fitted. I was told it would take 1 to 1-1/2 hours for the service so I decided to wait. After 3-1/2 hours I was informed that my vehicle was ready. Upon paying the bill I was astounded to see a charge for $95.23 for SHOP SUPPLIES (WHAT!!!). How on earth did they account for that amount of holy water?? There was also an additional $34.14 Service charge on my bill for using my credit card. When I left the facility I felt I had been totally ripped off. The tires are good. The bill left a lump in my throat and very deflated !! More

I made an appointment for a simple oil change (10 min service) and chose Kia dealer since it is a new car purchased from them. It takes me 30-40 min to get to the dealer and upon arriving for a scheduled service) and chose Kia dealer since it is a new car purchased from them. It takes me 30-40 min to get to the dealer and upon arriving for a scheduled appointment I was told it would be 1-1.5 HOURS!! After 1hr 40min I was informed that my vehicle was done and it was getting washed. I thought this would be no more than another 5-10 min operation but 20 min later I asked them to "just get me the car as I did not plan on being here for OVER 2 HOURS for a simple oil change." At that time the lot attendant was bringing my car up to just now start vacuuming it so I asked him for they keys and left. Because of the extensive time at the dealer, I was now in rush hour traffic so 4 hours after leaving for a 10 min oil change I was back home. My business is going elsewhere as taking my vehicle to Gettel Kia for basic service offers no value over a local Quick Lube operation. Customer Service at Kia new they were taking excessive time to perform service that day and should have contacted me to ask to reschedule instead they lost my business. More

Staff is polite and helpful. I have all my Service work done at Gettle and they make it so easy to do. Will continue to do business with them.
