He is the true definition of a perfect sales associate. He was honest, he explained all the in's and outs, along with the the pros and cons of getting into to another used vehicle. He was able to get a lot accomplished with the used car manager, and appraised our vehicle at a decent buyback value. With his professional opinion we went ahead with the new vehicle, and we couldn't have been more happier with our 2017 forester!
