Traded 5 emails w/ the sales rep, Friday before they closed, made an appointment for Noon the next day. Drove 90 minutes, to find out the Truck we had been emailing about, had been pending before I eve closed, made an appointment for Noon the next day. (sold earlier that week) You need to communicate better as a team, with Trucks/Cars you have on your lot, that are sold or not sold. Burned 3 hours round trip, never going back. More
