Emilio provided great customer service and was very helpful. I thought the service experience was great! From the moment I pulled up, I felt welcomed. The only thing I would change is the transfer over to Emilio left me a little confused. I was shown where his desk was, but he was with someone else, so I wasn't sure where I should wait for him. I went back out to ask someone. I think that if they had shown me to the customer seating area where the TV is and shown me where to get coffee while I waited, and then Emilio came to retrieve me there, it would have been a smoother experience. Emilio was great and showed me where the restrooms were and the refreshments. I also appreciated the Uber drop off and pickup. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More

There was a precall where everything was reviewed the day before. Upon arrival we had a ONE HOUR wait and had to go to his desk where he still was not ready for us. Recieved a text showing my cabin filter and requesting the ok to replace it. I decided against that. I opted for a filter from Amazon which was delivered the next day at a cost of 25 - 30% of the dealers the ok to replace it. I decided against that. I opted for a filter from Amazon which was delivered the next day at a cost of 25 - 30% of the dealers offering. So I change out the filter which takes me under 2 minutes, and I really couldn't believe my eyes when I see that the tech literally put the dirty filter back, leaves and all, into the truck. Now, I would have figured that they would at least give it a little shake to knock off the dust and leaves before reinstalling it. I am just shaking my head. I took pics in case anyone cares. I know, it seems like such a little thing, but the little things are what usually can reveal some insight into the things that truly matter. I really do hope that this marginalized attitude was a very isolated event. More
