First off, the dealership was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The waiting areas are large and well-appointed. There’s a self-serve/pay canteen and complimentary water. There are computers available the holidays. The waiting areas are large and well-appointed. There’s a self-serve/pay canteen and complimentary water. There are computers available for use while you wait for your car. Everyone is courteous and helpful! Always! More

Advisors are professional and personable. However, work still not done after several visits. Fuel door repair and rear wiper replacement not done. Disappointed with windshield replacement as However, work still not done after several visits. Fuel door repair and rear wiper replacement not done. Disappointed with windshield replacement as windshield glass is defective. Kudos to glass department for replacing the first windshield that was more severely defective. Toyota should not be manufacturing defective glass and the fact that two separate windshield have the same defect points to manufacturing problem. Perhaps I should’ve used OEA glass instead. There are other disappointments with the last three service visits but these are minor. More
