The waranty was actually purchased through Findley Chevrolet where we our other car, a 2020 Chevrolet Trax was purchased. The Toyota was puchased from Centennial Toyota in the NW part of Las Vegas. They wanted way too much for the exteneded warranty when the original warranty expired. Emilo said that the work needed was not covered under the waranty and would be about $450.00. We declined to have it done. It is not something that prevents us from driving the car or is that important. It is that the trunk lid does not always stay open by itself. We will make a prop of some sort for it and maybe get it repaied at another time if we the price FIndly Toyoata wants is much, much cheaper or we can find another place that wil do it at a much, much cheaper price. I am very satisfied with the repair service; they did a good job to repair the issues. Mr. Sepulveda had limited interaction with me, and I had to take the initiative to text him twice about the service st good job to repair the issues. Mr. Sepulveda had limited interaction with me, and I had to take the initiative to text him twice about the service status. Maybe he was very busy. Based on my past experience with your staff who took care of the repairing, they would call me and provide me with the information. Please send my appreciation to the mechanic for the good job. More
