The clerk called and I could tell from the conversation a comment was made about me. The clerk said Emily was busy. I was then directed to Bob and Nick. Emily never once came over. The initial emails with her made me seek out other dealers. If Bob hadn’t called me personally I would have gone to another dealer. Emily dramatically changed after Bob got involved. More
