Came in today to help my daughter and son in law get into a vehicle. Neither of them had ever bought a new vehicle before and they wanted someone who had to go with them. When we got there I asked for Dolon a vehicle. Neither of them had ever bought a new vehicle before and they wanted someone who had to go with them. When we got there I asked for Dolon Ward as Kristen had given me his name when I messaged her. He took us in and went and got Emily and apologized that he had customers that came from Missouri and she would be able to help us. We were able to strike a deal and they drove off in a 2020 Trax. Dolon came by several times and made sure that we were being taken care of. Emily is a very well put together young lady. She did everything in her power to get us what we wanted. She helped my daughter getting the vehicle set up for her phone and said if we had any questions to give her a call. I'd give Emily, Dolon, the finance guy (I'm bad with names 😊), and there was another gentleman that I also don't remember his name a 10+ for their service today. I did buy a 2019 Dodge Ram in August and because of the service I drove past them and came to the river. We will come back to the river when replacing the vehicles we have.
