We attempted to trade a wonderful suv in and was given a low ball bid that was below blue book and several thousand dollars below the price another dealer gave us the next day . Our car had less than 1250 low ball bid that was below blue book and several thousand dollars below the price another dealer gave us the next day . Our car had less than 12500 miles on it. We felt like backing out of the deal. Our affection for Emily Rooney was a major factor in completing the purchase. More

Our CT5-V started smoking on the road. when we had it towed to the dealer and called in advance, I did not hear a status for 7 days. after repeated calls, the service center said they did when we had it towed to the dealer and called in advance, I did not hear a status for 7 days. after repeated calls, the service center said they did not know when the parts would be delivered nor did they offer a loaner. Even after expressing my discontent, the dealer did not provide adequate service. It was incredibly disappointing. More
