Emma was my service advisor and my outside warranty did not want to cover my transmission. They refused and refused but in the end she managed to still get it covered. My car had so many problems not her f not want to cover my transmission. They refused and refused but in the end she managed to still get it covered. My experience has not been good because I feel my vehicle has not been properly serviced. So prior to getting repairs done by the third-party vendor, things seemed fine. After vehicle repairs were completed, it was discovered by me that all repairs were not resolved. Advisor blamed me, th vendor, things seemed fine. After vehicle repairs were completed, it was discovered by me that all repairs were not resolved. Advisor blamed me, the consumer, for not locating all areas that needed to be repaired. My advisor made it visibly clear that she was completely frustrated with having to assist me AGAIN. Advisor preferred for someone else to provide assistance with this matter because she simply could not. I followed the instructions provided to me by the third-party vendor and the advisor.I returned to the dealership where vehicle was purchased and I requested an appraisal, as instructed, for the repairs from the third party vendor. It disappoints me that my advisor would make it seem like I’m an inconvenience for using a warranty that was paid for when the vehicle was purchased.I will soon be looking into how to get this matter resolved without having to inconvenience the dealership’s time. More
