This is my second time coming to the dealership for a service. The first time was slow, unacceptable and a complete completed survey. Nobody contacted me. This will be my second attempt to share my fe service. The first time was slow, unacceptable and a complete completed survey. Nobody contacted me. This will be my second attempt to share my feedback. Scheduling process was not good and then my wait time was unacceptable. Do you have a 2026 EV that needed an inspection in a tire rotation and it took two hours to accomplish those tasks is unacceptable in my eyes. The woman that I dealt with the desk was outstanding, but in terms of the overall efficiency of the service department, I will certainly look to be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service. More
