My son and I came in this weekend, and we had Emmanuel for our sales guy, and he was great top tier. He was patient and let us really check out the car we were there to see. But then when it was time to t for our sales guy, and he was great top tier. He was patient and let us really check out the car we were there to see. But then when it was time to talk about our situation, he took us to his manager Chad. Now I need you to understand I was a sales manager for GM for about 7 years and at our dealership we were always willing to get a deal done with serious customers. But unfortunately, Chad was not and then he told us that his GM did not take deposits to hold a car that we wanted. I was under the impression that they were there to sell cars but that was not the issue at all, after Chad complained about being at work on Mother's Day and basically told me no we left hopefully the car is there in 3 weeks when we are ready to buy we were willing to leave a non-refundable deposit but we were turned away . So, the reason we did not do a deal was basically Chad and hid GM. More
