The staff at the West Covina dealership are amazing! ! They were very friendly, patient, and even patient and interactive with my son (7) My sales guy Victor was was awesome and easy going . They manager Emmanuel and the G.M were awesome and both went above and beyond, to ensure I was happy with the beautiful vehicle that I had chosen. This dealership is shady… posting up a used car and in less than 5 days of ownership the check engine light came on and come to my surprise… one of the wheels has two cracks previously…. They mentioned no less than 5 days of ownership the check engine light came on and come to my surprise… one of the wheels has two cracks previously…. They mentioned nothing about it and I’m very disappointed in Emmanuel who is honestly the most unhelpful person to deal with. He shows face and pretends to be nice but at the end of the day, they’re just there to make profit. Will never deal with this dealership or Emmanuel again very dissapointed. More

Service did a good job replacing the broken rearview mirror that was not initially noticed when I bought the car but there was poor communication. I was told a particular person would be handling my ser mirror that was not initially noticed when I bought the car but there was poor communication. I was told a particular person would be handling my service but I wasn't approached and needed to ask. It turned out the service manager was handling it, which was great but again, it was not communicated. I had a couple a questions after the service but the manager wasn't sure and had to get a service technician to answer them for me. Paperwork went smoothly although I had to wait awhile before getting my car even though the service had been completed. More
