Excited about my “new to me” car Emmanuel was great. He took me to see the cars I came to see. He took me to the cars so I didn’t have to wait for him to bring them out. He explained the differences between models (rav vs Highlander etc) and between years (2016 vs 2017). He also explained special features of each car: He didn’t try to show me other cars that didn’t match my wants. He respected I needed time to think things over and discuss them with my husband before making a decision. He made the car buying process easy and walked me through the whole thing. I had been talking with basically every Toyota dealership in the state and always felt most comfortable talking to employees from Toyota of Braintree. Went to the dealer and met Emmanuel and he was very professional, took the time to explain everything about the car, we had a small child and didn't feel that our time was wasted. I gave the 4 stars because of the financing... I have a perfect credit and he only managed to get me the rate 3 times higher than local credit union rate. More
