I was in an awful 20.9% apr loan due to my recent relocation to the USA from Britain and another two years further on, I was hoping to see a much improved % rate with my improved credit score. With great effort and consideration from Salesperson Daniel and Sales Manager Brian, I got a fantastic 6.4% apr and an unexpected brand new car and peace of mind for the next 5 years and beyond. The reason why we chose Friendly Kia was because they are honest and did not try to push a sale on us. They answered all questions and took the time to really know us and our needs as customers. Our sales rep, Emmanuel Thompson was very respectful and helps us to decide what would be best for us. He took the time as a concerned friend more than a sales person. The sales manager Joe DiMaggio truly took the time to get to know us and helped us to find the best deal while focusing on our needs. Joe really help and made the deal possible. Finally, a special thanks to the finance manager Bobby Walsh. When we purchased a vehicle in the past, all other finance manager tried to sell us everything on top of the vehicle. Bobby Walsh was the only person we ever met that did not push and explained all things offered allowing us to choose. The most nerve racking part of purchasing a vehicle became the best part. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted buy a wonderful person named Emmanue I had a very good experience with friendly Kia in New Port Richey. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted buy a wonderful person named Emmanuel and he was patient and extremely kind when I told him I had a hearing disability. He made sure to speak to me directly and slowly in order to read his lips. Emmanuel is a wonderful addition to Friendly Kia in New Port Richey and also the manager Robert was extremely kind. I would highly recommend anyone I know 2 meet and purchase a car from Friendly Kia. Overall it was a very good experience especially a good day driving off the lot with my new Kia 2019 Soul. We'd go in, my husband and the sales rep would haggle back and forth, and many hours (and tears) later we'd finally leave with the car. Not that way here! They were courteous, efficient, and very transparent with their pricing. NO HAGGLING NEEDED!! It was wonderful. Instead of leaving feeling like he was certain he just got shafted somehow, my husband was beaming about the great deal and great vehicle he came away with! We have to drive over an hour to get to Friendly Kia, and there are two other Kia dealerships within 15 min of our house! Let me tell you, it's so worth it!!! More

Service not great Bought a vehicle from kia(used). Before I even made it home I had issues with vibration at lights. Called and reported to sales rep . Brought it in a week later to have this looked at and I was asked what I thought was the issue. I told them a list of what I read could possibly be the issue. I received a call later that day and was told that my vehicle was done. They did one thing on the list and tried to pass that off as fixed. They then told me it was the nature of my vehicle. I told them they were incorrect a my buddy had bought the matching vehicle so the the vin # only being 600 difference. During sale and trying to dicker a better deal I was told there was a 100+ check they did before they sell vehicles. I found that to be untrue as the radiator res. Was bone dry when I popped the hood. So I'm a bit sceptical about Kia and their services. More
