Very courteous, explained the process from start to finish. He came to my house to look at the car, went back to the dealership & made an offer to buy my car within 30 minutes. Words cannot begin to explain how incredible the staff is here at this dealership. We genuinely enjoyed spending our day there! They were cooking hotdogs and offered us lunch multiple times. We had our 6 week old baby with us and the staff was just the friendliest, kindest, and most accommodating anyone could ever ask for! Lloyd was of course exactly as wonderful as all of his reviews state. His awards speak the truth. We walked in knowing what we could do and he made it happen for us (after our usual car salesman who we have used for years in our small town couldn’t get us anywhere near what we needed). We will be customers of this dealership and of Llyod’s for life! Everyone from the person we spoke to over the phone initially to our time with Lloyd all the way to our awesome finance guy was absolutely the best! Cannot say enough great things about this place. My wife and I have been loyal Sewell Lexus customers for several years, primarily due to excellent service/experience. I can say without hesitation that Five Star Chevrolet lived up to their name this week several years, primarily due to excellent service/experience. I can say without hesitation that Five Star Chevrolet lived up to their name this week when I traded my Lexus GX 460 for a Silverado 1500 Trail Boss to better pull our camper & boat. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was professional and transparent; ask for Lloyd Facen, he'll take care of you! Moreover, this was the first time I had stepped foot in this dealership and I honestly felt like I was working with friends. It was a great experience; I got a good deal on my trade and a good deal on my purchase. Touring the dealership, you can tell this is a well-run organization that takes care of its customers. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I look forward to buying my next Silverado from these folks!
