I had a wonderful experience at Beck&Masten. I had already been to three other dealerships. They were not as friendly or helpful as Ena was. I went to Beck and Masten to service my car. My lease was almost up so I decided to go and visit sales while I was waiting. I was interested in one of two vehicles. I worked with Ena Pasasin. She worked very hard at making sure I purchased the best vehicle for me with a monthly payment that I approved of. She took time to help me understand and compare the features in both vehicles so I could figure out which car I was more interested in. After purchasing the vehicle, Ena helped me understand how to use the features in my vehicle. She went above and behind. She was awesome. Everyone at Beck and Masten was wonderful. The person who helped to negotiate the deal and the person whom helped me with my finance paperwork were both great. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go to Beck and Masten especially Ena.
