We have our servicing on our CLS550 there and have always been impressed by them. They wash your vehicle automatically after servicing and don't push additional service. We have actually been told nothing needed to be done that they would charge us for. Our salesperson was not pushy or invasive at all. We initially were looking at the BMW's and decided we better stick with an auto that we know is good. We have never lost money on any Mercedes we have purchased and this will be our first one. We have 7 people waiting to purchase our CLS550 for full Kelly Blue Book price. The only problem we have is that our running lights are not working and no one could give us a reason. However, we have been assured it will be fixed so we are fine with that. Where do you go and get an interest rate starting at 1.99 we ended up with 3.49 due to the year. We kept our payment smaller that our credit union who we had already been approved with. All in all it was such a nice experience working with them. The financing woman was smart, knowledgeable and very informative. If you are looking for a Mercedes dealer don't go anywhere else. We did and mark my words you will not get the treatment we got. More

If you are in the market for a new/used luxury vehicle, Sears Impoted Autos is first class and should be your first choice! My Master Certified Representative, Endre B, who assisted me in finding the right Mercedes series, type etc., was the ultimate professional. I will admit i was a bit indecisive and his patience, and really wanting to understand my needs, created a no pressure, extremely pleasant buying experience (totally surprised me). He has been in the businesd for over 20 years (i think at this same dealership) and the way he works with his clients is well seasoned and knowledge based. I encourage you to ask for him specifically. My great experience extended beyond sales, in that Neil B, in Management was also a delight to work with. He offered above and beyond elements that he had no obligation to extend... this speaks to his solid character and putting customers first! And last but not least, even the financing experience was easy-breezy as i worked with Jennifer. She also made that final step in the process enjoyable and at ease. Bottom line, Sears Imported Autos is a class act and I encourage you to take the time and check them out! More
