My salesperson, Endre, continually goes to great lengths to find the right car for me, and follows up consistently until he knows every last detail is not only met, but exceeded. During my last purchase, Chris Long put in a great deal of extra time to oversee my test drive and delivery, expertly explaining different models, and patiently answering dozens of questions. Chris was happy to take calls and texts anytime when I asked for more information or had a concern. Because of that diligence and commitment to service, I have been thrilled with every one of my Sears cars. That excellence doesn't stop after a sale. I have also used Sears exclusively for everything from routine maintenance to repairs to body work, and once again their staff has been second to none. Bill Blume and Reid Willemsen have been extremely kind and helpful when I've needed repairs, going out of their way to make sure work was done quickly and correctly. The entire staff is genuine, friendly and a dream to deal with. Buying and maintaining cars used to be something I dreaded---and even hated. If he doesn't have the time for me when I'm clearly ready to buy, he sure won't have the time or patience with followup questions or concerns. Looks like I'll buy my Mercedes from Bob at Maplewood Mercedes, he was helpful and courteous and answered all my questions. More
