Wow! !!, Deland KIA is how car buying should be. We never felt pressured by Manny (Sales Mgr), Enrique (Sales), and Jorden Finance Mgr) who were all very p !!, Deland KIA is how car buying should be. We never felt pressured by Manny (Sales Mgr), Enrique (Sales), and Jorden Finance Mgr) who were all very polite and helpful. I had spoken to Manny over the phone about a specific vehicle and it was a positive conversation so my wife and I drove 3 hours to Deland KIA. Upon arival, we met Manny who was personable and then introduced us to Enrique who was very helpful and detailed with his knowledge of the vehicle (Sorento) that was detailed and had been parked by the showroom for our convenience. We loved the Sorento, then a fair price was negotiated and the paperwork was explained so the process went smoothly. After this we met with Jorden who explained all the financial details and extended warranty options. I declined the extended warranty option out of habit when Jorden paused and asked, "Are you sure?" I sensed he was sincere and not trying to sell something, so I asked him why he asked that. He stated that KIA is 3 years bumper to bumper and this would extend the warranty an additional 7 years, so 10 years bumper to bumper for $2500. Jorden mentioned that with the number of touchscreens, cameras, sensors, etc. that it might be a smart choice as repair costs could be very expensive which I agree with. Again, I felt the transaction was not about sales, but more about treating you like family and treating you fairly with polite input.
