Extremely disappointing experience at this dealership. We came in genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle and were prepared to move forward since we had agreed on a price over messaging with our sal We came in genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle and were prepared to move forward since we had agreed on a price over messaging with our salesperson on Friday. We specifically asked about the rebate included in the advertised price when the sales manager Jorden called us Friday afternoon and was told that it was a factory rebate. Based on that information, we were comfortable moving forward with the deal and made an appointment for Saturday to come test drive the car. However, once we made it clear that we planned to use our own financing rather than finance through the dealership, they suddenly tried to increase the price by $1,500. We questioned the change because we had already been told the rebate was a factory rebate, not a dealership financing incentive. When we declined to move forward under those terms, the sales manager Jorden became extremely unprofessional. He refused to shake our hands then cursed and said "they can get the F out" he then proceeded to throw our paperwork on another employee's desk and said "F that." We were completely shocked given there were small children watching the entire thing. We were respectful throughout the entire interaction and simply asked questions about the price and financing. A dealership should be able to treat customers with basic respect, even when the customer decides not to finance through them. We ultimately took our business elsewhere and got much better treatment and a better price. I would strongly recommend getting the entire deal in writing and asking very specific questions about any rebates before doing business here. More

Jaun had the patience to shown us many different vehicles with hundreds of options.
