El vendedor fue impecable desde el primer momento: atento, claro, resolutivo y muy comprometido con encontrar la mejor opción para nosotros. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta lo que hace, y en este caso, marcó la diferencia.
Lamentablemente, el mismo nivel de profesionalismo no se reflejó en el área financiera. Durante el proceso, el financista mostró una actitud bastante hostil, con respuestas secas y poco predisposición a colaborar. En momentos donde se necesitaba claridad, su trato más bien generó tensión e incertidumbre.
Una lástima que esa parte haya opacado, en parte, una gestión comercial que fue excelente.
