The he service manager Nate is not a people person ! ! They took over 1 hour to do an oil change and when I went up to ask a service tech he stated they had a mistake and had not even started it yet .. ! They took over 1 hour to do an oil change and when I went up to ask a service tech he stated they had a mistake and had not even started it yet .. when they had me speak to Manager he was awful and did not help at all so I was directed to speak to his manager but he was in with the overall manager !! They were very apologetic and helped me out but the service manager should not be working as the manager ! More

I was not impressed with the service this time around. Wait was too long. The one thing I did not love, was them adjusting my seat completely. Up, down forward, backwards and there was really no need for that. Perhaps, the day was a little busy but the "advisors" were a little annoyed that I had questions. Don't love dealers as a general rule and this experience was worse than before. More

Good experience as usual. I was disappointed to hear that they don't offer the 3 oil changes plus the emissions and tire rotation package anymore with the new ownership. Going to this dealership always feels like I'm being scammed. Everything is SO expensive to repair or to even have checked out. Nothing was wrong with this visit but the price to get a new key fob being scammed. Everything is SO expensive to repair or to even have checked out.
