Once the service was completed i got a text my truck was ready. Initially, while making the appointment i was told i could wait for the service. when i got there they told me it was a long wait and longer t ready. Once i got the text that it was ready, I started traveling from home to the delar, which was about an hour after i got the email that was ready and then got two subsequent messages, when on my way, to let me know the truck was not quite ready yet.
