Recently, I’ve been to Toyota Temecula to see and search a new car for our family. There I met this wonderful dealer whose name is Entela, she helped me a lot to find appropriate car for our family. Not only doing that but also she gave me enough time to think about our deal, and also she didn’t push me at all. but just wait. I like that all the best. Finally we made a great deal which is having another new car Toyota Corolla cross for our entire family. Here I strongly recommend this dealer and shop for everybody. More

Never again. I will not do business with Temecula Valley Toyota!!! Wow! I am speechless. I can't believe this dealership. I was trying to get some pricing on a I will not do business with Temecula Valley Toyota!!! Wow! I am speechless. I can't believe this dealership. I was trying to get some pricing on a brand new 2024 Toyota Tacoma. I came in excited and wanted to upgrade from my 3rd gen Tacoma. Talk to a sales person (Entella) she was very helpful and got me a test drive in a new Tacoma. I was pleased with the new one and decided to get some pricing. I was looking for the Offroad version which came in at a hefty $50,000k. With the inflation and added packages that they throw on that seemed ok. She told me that they put on paint protector and security system on the truck and it's not optional. I was like ok and didn't think anything of it. By the way it is optional. For some reason she needed to talk to the manager. The manager (Daniel) came out all nice and dropped the bad news on me. So if you want the new offroad version of the truck you will have to pay for the lift kit and new wheels on it for $12,999k and its not optional but you dont have to get the security system or the paint protector. Lmao they lie and xx all the time. Are you kidding me? I guess anything to make extra money. Just to paint you a better picture with everything I would of been paying around $70,000k. This is not even the top trim. I am just shocked. By the way it isn't my first time being there. Every sales person and manager I had through the years have done similar shady things to my family. Go somewhere else like Hemet, San Diego or Carlsbad they are more honest. Update: Just called around and no one else is doing this xx at any other Toyota dealer. Buyers beware! More
