I had such a wonderful experience working with Entela on the purchase of my new-to-me RAV4. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful. I had my young children with me, and sh the purchase of my new-to-me RAV4. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful. I had my young children with me, and she was so considerate—she even held my baby while I went on the test drive, which meant so much to me as a mom. Entela took the time to show me all the vehicles I was interested in. At first, I thought I would be buying a new Highlander Hybrid, but once I saw the trunk space with the seats up, I realized it wasn’t the right fit for me. That’s when Entela suggested I look at a pre-owned RAV4 XSE. The moment I saw it, I fell in love—the interior was beautiful, luxurious, and just what I wanted. After a test drive, I knew it was the perfect choice. The entire process with Entela was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. She truly made the experience a joy, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. While I plan to keep this car for many years thanks to the extended warranty, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Entela again or recommend her to family and friends in the future. More
