Had already given a lengthy response to the survey. In short, I have bought 2 SUVs, Sorentos at DELAND Kia Florida, not NJ where I live about 6 months in a year. Reason being, “I am made to feel like In short, I have bought 2 SUVs, Sorentos at DELAND Kia Florida, not NJ where I live about 6 months in a year. Reason being, “I am made to feel like an individual by my Service Consultant, Derrick Kus! He is an Asset to Kia, being Helpful, Patient, & Knowledgeable. Was very happy to learn my SUV was taken for a TEST DRIVE, in order to address my concerns with the brakes. Also there for my Maintenance, Oil Change, etc.as well as a recall, rear camera problem, to the well-run (organized) service department due to the manager Mr Snoke. I was also offered a shuttle Van ride to my home & called in a timely manner when Service was complete. As mentioned in a previous survey, hopefully received, I am a 77 young lady who has owned many cars, about ever 5 Years, since I started driving at the young age of 16 and THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT is above all the rest. Thank You Derrick Kus & John Snoke for making my Visit to DELAND Service Department a Pleasure! :) More
