Karen and her co-worker were great and I appreciated the addition of the tint. Finance was also above board with the large screen display for the paperwork. If I had been offered a decent interest rate instead of the 8.49% I would hold the note for a while. I have maintained a rating in the 800s and frankly was shocked. Also, I'd give Karen a 5 star but that leaves no room for improvement...she can punch me in the arm when I bring the car in for service. More

Everything was pretty much okay, besides the fact that I was being told my car payment wasn’t going to be due for 6 weeks , turned out being due a day short of a month later.. which would had been fine had was being told my car payment wasn’t going to be due for 6 weeks , turned out being due a day short of a month later.. which would had been fine had I not put the money i put down on the vehicle , after being assured i would have 6 weeks. As well as something under the hood being eaten and chewed on, and all the plastic film still on everything under the hood. More
