Enzo Russo

This was the worst dealership experience out of the 12 I've visited this year. One salesperson passed me to another, who started asking me questions but never answered what I actually asked: the price of I've visited this year. One salesperson passed me to another, who started asking me questions but never answered what I actually asked: the price of the car I was looking for. He only gave me a final price. When I wouldn't share the offer I had from another Volkswagen dealer, he got upset and said, 'Since you won't give me your price, I won't give you the car's price. There's the door, you can leave.' I had to call the manager, who simply sent me to yet another salesperson and said nothing to the one who had kicked me out. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not recommend this dealership."
