The buying process was much more stressful than it should have been because of poor communication and several last-minute issues. I was given incorrect information about my down payment, and I was asked for have been because of poor communication and several last-minute issues. I was given incorrect information about my down payment, and I was asked for additional documents at the last minute after everything seemed finalized. I appreciated that the vehicle was delivered on time, but I was disappointed that my brand-new Atlas arrived with nearly 400 miles instead of just a few. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement in communication and the overall customer experience. More

Worst experience ever. Sold a brand new 2026 Atlas RLine with scratches and no carwash. They had my vehicle for 4 days, Nothing was done to it, they didn't want to provide Sold a brand new 2026 Atlas RLine with scratches and no carwash. They had my vehicle for 4 days, Nothing was done to it, they didn't want to provide a loaner. They had a random person ( no dealer shirt logo) drive my car from the dealer back to my house; glad he didn't have an accident while driving my car for me. Car is dirtier than when it left. Absolutely worst dealer experience ever. Sales team laughed when I offered to get a discount on the car to take car of the scratches my self. They said, let us fix it and provide excellent customer service. What a joke. Will not return to this place, extremely frustrating experience. Managers didn't want to take responsibility; Leo, Peter, Miguel, very poor service. More
