From the moment I pulled onto the lot, Reuben came out to greet me in the 80-degree heat. His approach was direct but thoughtful — exactly what I needed to feel confident making a final decision. The finance manager was great to work with too, and at no point did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. While I was waiting in Reuben's office, multiple associates stopped by to greet me and thank me for coming in. It was a genuinely welcoming experience from start to finish. More
