Wonderful experience to have with a phone call order from out of state. I was eager to get my name down for a car I saw you had for sale and was so happy to have someone who understood that. Eric was great a out of state. I was eager to get my name down for a car I saw you had for sale and was so happy to have someone who understood that. Eric was great at keeping me posted with every step of the process. It was nerve racking waiting for a status of the paperwork while not being able to be there knowing the car isn't being looked at by other customers. Eric kept me reassured during the wait and showed as much excitement about me getting the car as I did. He even sent me an initial video of the car after my first call to let me see the condition it was in, I hadn't asked for this so it was a nice addition. I recently purchased a 2024 BMW M440i Gran Coupe from BMW of Wichita and I can't say enough positive things about my experience! Being from out of state, I was initially hesitant about the purchase of a car of Wichita and I can't say enough positive things about my experience! Being from out of state, I was initially hesitant about the purchase of a car without seeing it in person. However, Eric (my sales representative) made the process incredibly efficient and seamless. Eric sent a few videos and several pictures along with full details of the car. Eric was professional, attentive, and transparent in every step of the process. The car was exactly as he presented it. It was in immaculate condition and is a phenomenal automobile to drive. . He answered all my questions promptly and professionally, which made my first out-of-state car-buying experience surprisingly stress-free. The car was ready to go when I arrived at the dealership as I flew in to take delivery. The trip back to the Texas Hill Country was without incident and the back country roads of Texas is really a place for this car to perform.
