I was able to schedule my service with one call. I arrived about 15 minutes early and was greeted promptly. My service agent arrived within a few minutes. We went over the required maintenance and he arrived about 15 minutes early and was greeted promptly. My service agent arrived within a few minutes. We went over the required maintenance and he listened to my concerns and gave me a time estimate for the service. He explained how they would text me with the service report/ recording of the inspection. My vehicle was finished in under one hr ( beating the estimate by 30 minutes). I understood the inspection report but had a question on the crates of brake pad wear which he answered. My car was also washed. I appreciated that he had pointed out both waiting areas ( very clean and nice snack bar, facilities). I liked being able to view the recorded inspection. Overall -excellent customer service and professional service work!! More
