8 ish years ago when I bought my Traverse new from you guys, I totally raved about you and thought you were worth the drive from Omaha. That is no longer the case and hasn’t been for a couple years now. T guys, I totally raved about you and thought you were worth the drive from Omaha. That is no longer the case and hasn’t been for a couple years now. The service is no longer what it once was and I’m only going to touch base on my most recent experience … I came in the beginning of June for my oil change. I also mentioned that randomly the shifter struggles to go into park and I have to push it harder. So you guys advised that the switch in the shifter just needed replaced. That was a $400 something repair. Take my vehicle home and now the shifter is randomly sounding like it’s in neutral, randomly won’t reverse, etc. Didn’t have those issues before you replaced the switch, so I bring it back and you guys now tell me it’s the transmission and give me another $125 bill for looking at it!!!! Why did I pay $400 two weeks prior for a switch when it was the transmission that was the issue?! Waste of money and time with your place. If someone would have properly diagnosed it in the first place I could have saved the $400 and put it towards the new vehicle I’ll be buying. When I picked it up I did question all this to a different advisor and he had the $125 I paid reversed, so I appreciate that and him. More

You would get a five star rating from me if those black chairs were more comfortable in the waiting area. You need chairs with backs that aren’t so far back otherwise I absolutely love this dealership. Eve chairs were more comfortable in the waiting area.
