The staff in both service and sales were polite, professional and courteous. They had a great understanding of their product and what that means to a new customer. Worst service experience of my life! !!! I initially brought my 2017 Jeep in for some transmission issues. Eric in the service department informed me that its actually an electrical is !!! I initially brought my 2017 Jeep in for some transmission issues. Eric in the service department informed me that its actually an electrical issue. As soon as I spoke with Eric, I could tell he was not into wanting it covered under warranty. This is BEFORE he even looked at my vehicle. Long story short, it was not covered under warranty and so I will have to pay cash for the repairs which are $2900. I am a disabled veteran and work at the farmers markets. I informed Eric that I need my vehicle back as soon as possible so I can eat and make money. I also needed to keep $2900 in my bank account to pay for the repairs. That was over a month ago now! I am now down to my last dollar that I have saved to EAT. I have spoken with the service department numerous times AFTER THE PARTS ALREADY ARRIVED to inform them I need my vehicle. They have the parts. I DONT HAVE MY JEEP! I have had to cancel 3 farmers market shows in which I lost $1200 and have to take lyfts to my important appointments. I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!! More
