He asked me what year and model of vehicle I wanted, and in a friendly, but very informed manner, walked me over to the type of cars I mentioned. He was not pushy or aggressive, but took the time to listen to what my needs were. After viewing a few cars, he brought me inside to look up what other cars the dealership had, and explained that there were many new ones coming in every day. I then got to visit with Mike Anderson as I moved forward with my purchase. I truly thank both Eric and Mike, for walking me through the purchase of my car, and had a great experience. More
