More importantly he took a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and helping us sort thru the choices with options. In the end we bought an Audi. We picked it up tonight. My 2007 A6 had 175,000 miles and I really hated to part with it as it was the best vehicle I have had ever driven. I decided to test drive the A4 and A6 and Eric thoroughly walked me through the features and tech enhancements on them. Finally settling on the A6 3.0T, the actual purchase experience was seamless and Eric again did a phenomenal job in explaining every feature on my new car in as much detail as I wanted.
