Gave a wonderful/ thorough tour of the car, with details of every feature. I dreamed of owning AUDI for a long time, Eric was very helpful in detailing each model. He was timely in getting back to us with test drive schedules, and any other questions. The whole car buying experience went very pleasant with no stress at all. Eric and other staff at Cary, AUDI were very pleasant and accommodating. I was able to get my questions regarding care of the car, interior,and exterior answered with help of his team in the maintenance section. we strongly recommend AUDI ,Cary, and Eric for your questions or purchase . Excellent Service from Eric Danford Working with Eric Danford was a pleasure and the entire car buying experience was by far one of the best I have had. My 2007 A6 had 175,000 miles and Working with Eric Danford was a pleasure and the entire car buying experience was by far one of the best I have had. My 2007 A6 had 175,000 miles and I really hated to part with it as it was the best vehicle I have had ever driven. I decided to test drive the A4 and A6 and Eric thoroughly walked me through the features and tech enhancements on them. Finally settling on the A6 3.0T, the actual purchase experience was seamless and Eric again did a phenomenal job in explaining every feature on my new car in as much detail as I wanted.
