Bryan Davis also worked extremely hard to get me driving in the car I want without feeling that I spent too much. He promised me that he would make me comfortable and confident in my purchase. Quick process. Easy to deal with and great follow through. Was looking for a specific vehicle. Black on Black Escalade pre owned. I noticed on Friday that ELCO had one in stock. It was on the website, however, no pictures were posted. Contacted dealership, spoke to Eric DeBruin. He confirmed vehicle was there, said it was a fresh trade and in service. He went as far as to walk on a Friday night to service and take a short video of the truck and send it to me with his contact info. I was there the next day at 9am, drove the vehicle, he even made sure it had gas and checked the tire pressures. Came back, wrote it up, decent trade for my vehicle, sent to finance and was out with the truck by noon. Both finance-Sveta and Sales Manager-John Durham were helpful. There were a few items that needed to be addressed on the truck. Dropped it off the next week and everything was completed as promised. Eric even texted me when the truck was ready. All in all a positive experience and personally thank Eric DeBruin for the good sales experience. More

My low rating on the dealership in general mainly applies to the service dept. Not very friendly, Had to wait an exceptionally long time to get the service form written with little acknowledgment despite having several employees available with no customers. Have had much better experiences with other dealerships in that regard. Service after the sale is important and I will avoid using this dealership as my first experience was not that good. Was given 4 free oil changes but will most likely pay another dealer for that service. I would also like to thank the finance dept. for an exceptional job. Very professional and very courteous. More

Salesman Eric DeBruin is excellent at Elco I'm a car guy. I build cars and I build aircraft and i consider myself very knowledgeable about mechanical things. I have bought two vehicles from Eric DeBruin at Elco Chevrolet and both experiences were excellent. The first vehicle was in 2010 Silverado. This was a great truck and great experience. The second time, I went back to Eric because he is very knowledgeable and worked with us to get the best price. The second vehicle was a Cadillac Escalade. We were originally looking for a Tahoe and Eric showed us the Cadillac. He showed us the differences between the two and amazingly the Cadillac was cheaper. I appreciate Eric's extensive knowledge about the products he sells and he is up to speed and up to date on almost all service bulletins. Eric knew the answers to my very technical questions without having to look them up or ask for assistance. The reason I went with a used vehicle from Eric was because I knew that some new designs have issues. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and knew of the same issues. I appreciate that Eric is a car guy, a veteran, and NDT certified (which means non-destructive testing). I consider him a new friend. I typically do not like buying from dealers nor do I like salesman, but Eric has convinced me otherwise. If you choose to look at vehicles at Elco ask for Eric De Bruin and tell him that Matt with the Cadillac sent you. As far as customer service goes Eric has went above and beyond. There were no issues with the Silverado. The Cadillac Escalade needed some work after we purchased it. Also there were some number issues on our paperwork. Eric took care of both of these issues after the fact. I have not worked with any sales agents that have fixed a problem when they didnt have to do so. I recommend Elco Chevrolet to all my friends and feel strongly enough to write about it here. More

On the first time visit we purchased an 'AS IS' vehicle for my 16 year old. There was a known issue with the check engine light and I was assured this would be taken care of even though it was a final sal for my 16 year old. The particular code causing this has a pretty long laundry list of items to check in certain order and required a bit of back and forth with the vehicle as that list was run through, but we were fine with this. Upon our third visit however the service department folks really started to worry not only about this issue but a couple of other unforeseen issue related to the vehicle. At this point the folks at ELCO offered my family a full credit of the cost of the vehicle. They most certainly didn't have to offer this at all due to how the purchase was made. And being the standard consumer that I am I was quite surprised at the offer and that I had not requested or even pleaded the case on this. We came beck within the next day picked out different vehicle and are very happen with the decision. The ELCO staff, especially Eric and Tony, went the extra mile to make sure we all were happy with the outcome. I am very pleased over all and would not only recommend ELCO to friends but they will for sure be the first place I go to when ready to purchase used or new.
